Kinesiology and Reiki have been part of my lifestyle for over 20 years when I was diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease in my early 20’s. I knew it was going to be a long road ahead on a physical level as there was and still is no cure to this disease. I wanted to be pro-active and sought emotional support through holistic health. These sessions transformed my life and way of thinking, shaping me into the person I am today.
In 2017 I moved away from Primary School Teaching and started my own business: Tranquil Heart Therapy. Holistic natural therapies in Kinesiology and Reiki Healing promoting energy, wellness and balance for the mind, body and soul.
I have found a business that lights up my heart and ignites my passion. This has not only enabled me to continue working with children but also with adults. I love being able to guide and support my clients to work through their challenges and issues emotionally, mentally, physically & spiritually. This gives me utmost pleasure seeing them find clarity and resolve in blockages they may have encountered for many years. I love being able to have a business that helps, empowers & supports people through challenges in their life.
My clients see me for all sorts of reasons like stress & anxiety, sleep issues, school pressure, pain, emotional blockages, goal setting, low self-esteem, headaches, negative thoughts, relationship issues…and much more.
Running a business is exciting and completely new to me. I’m always wondering how to grow my clientele, use different marketing strategies & networking. I now have 2 clinic spaces – in Bentleigh East and Glo Health, Elsternwick. I have presented talks on Kinesiology within the local community.
I am a mother to 3 gorgeous boys, who are really supportive & interested in my business. They also enjoy and benefit greatly from having their own holistic sessions. Running my own business means that I can be adaptable and flexible with my working hours that suit my family and me.
I have lived in the City of Glen Eira the majority of my life and love that I make time to volunteer at my kid’s local Primary School and as Co-President of WIZO Kids, I am able to run events giving back to my community.
